Our recruiters review your application based on the job requirements and your qualifications. If everything aligns, we will invite you to a first interview.
In your first interview with one of our recruiters, we want to give you the opportunity to get to know us, our values, and our vision — and of course, we also look forward to learning more about you.
If the famous “cultural fit” is there on both sides, we’ll invite you to a second interview.
In the second interview, it’s time for you to meet your department lead and the People & Organization team. If possible, we’ll invite you to our office in Aschheim so you can get a direct impression of the team and see your potential workplace.
Usually, we make a decision after the second interview. Depending on the role, there may be an additional conversation with the management team or other stakeholders.
If both you and we feel confident after the interviews, we will send you a contract offer.
Once the signed contract is returned to us, we begin preparing everything for your start with us.
